I was given extraordinary care under Mr Mahmud and was extremely happy with the care taken over my operation. I recovered very quickly and believe that was due to his attention to detail during the operation. I have a very neat scar which has almost healed after four months and in comparison to friends who have undertaken the same operation, feel very blessed that Mr Mahmud was my surgeon, as I have not seem any other scars as neat as mine. On 16th November 2017 Mr Mahmud replaced my left hip having done the right side in April 2016. I can honestly say that in both instances my recovery and subsequent experience have been fantastic. I put this down to both his expertise and the less invasive method of surgery he uses, the cut being about 5/6 inches. I was driving at 3 weeks and without crutches at a similar time. Some years ago Mr Mahmud performed an arthroscopy to repair a torn cartilage, this procedure resulted in 100% success. Bearing in mind my experiences I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Mahmud.

Clear, concise diagnosis of problems with my knee after a MRI scan. Mr Mahmud explained simply the treatment options, the likely outcomes and answered clearly any questions I had. At the follow up appointment, after the arthroscopy, I was shown photographs and details of the treatment and findings - no further treatment required for the time being. Overall a positive experience
