I’ve had a number of knee operations in the past. I can honestly say Mr Kumar is comfortably the best consultant I have experienced. His explanation of the surgery and making me feel at ease was excellent. His bedside manor was outstanding and he came and saw me after I was settled to put my mind at rest and how the surgery had gone. I was recommended to see him by a theatres nurse I know and if they are happy to recommend him then that’s good enough for me.

Mr Sunil Kumar is a very personable and communicative consultant. He provides clear explanation of what could be wrong on an injury highlighted with a knee model and also reviews your case prior to your first consultant meeting. Provides assurance with his expertise and would highly recommend.

Mr Kumar was very pleasant & reassuring that he could help me with the pain I was experiencing in my knee. He told me that I had tried all other options before going down the surgical route. He explained what would be involved , including pain wise & the exercises needed to get a good result. At 6weeks post op: I am doing very well & totally independent.
