I have been to see Mr Garnett on a few appointment now, on different case numbers, and on each occasion I have been made to feel at ease. When required, I have had several prognosis and diagnosis explained to me in full detail and have always felt confident as to what decisions have been made in order to reach a final conclusion. He is very polite in his approach and listens to what is said.
