At the first consultation I had with Mr Bott he put me very much at ease was very polite and professional explained exactly what his diagnosis was and what needed to be performed to rectify my problem. He assured me that it would be a complete success and that he had performed many of these operations in the past. On the Day of the procedure he saw me just before my operation to put me at ease and again after the operation to confirm that it had been a complete success and explained how best my post op care should be. Again he was very polite and informative on my post op consultation 5 weeks after my procedure. For me no praise high enough.

As I said in my general comment, I appreciated the his speedy arrangement of the scan and consultation and then the friendly and professional manner in which Dr Bott explained the medical issues and alternatives having regard to my proposed upcoming trip to the USA. A pleasant experience in a worrying situation!
