From start to finish this has been an excellent experience. Mr Murthy, a first class communicator who, having conducted a meticulous assessment to diagnose the issue, offered a clear explanation and prognosis, followed by surgery that appears to have solved a problem. Until now, nobody else had managed to identify the issue, let alone solve it. I could have asked for nothing more.
