I found Mr Sai Kolli to be very professional, friendly, kind and ready to listen he put my mind at ease explaining my procedure.

It is no exaggeration to say that not only do I owe Dr Kolli my sight but also my life. He performed a successful cornea transplant on an eye so damaged that other surgeons wouldn't agree to operate even though i was going blind. I saw my daughter clearly for the 1st time because of him and regained an independence I thought was forever gone. My husband and I are so very grateful for his every skill, care and attention to detail. Dr Kolli clearly explained the procedure in my consultations, and was very empathic and reasurring consistently before and after surgery. He has a genuine passion for his work and it was evident that he was extensively knowledgeable about his field. I wouldn't trust anyone else to maintain such a high standard, he is a true hero.

Mr Kolli was recommended to me by my local optician, who handed over my details. Mr Kolli got in contact with me the same week and organised a first consultation the following day. All my visits were during the coronavirus pandemic, so my temperature was taken, I answered questions about symptoms, used their hand sanitiser and was given a facemask on every visit. Mr Kolli was always very polite, helpful and gave excellent explanations about the eye and laser treatments (on a scientific level!), I learnt a lot during my visits and felt completely comfortable with him. My prescription was about -3.50 in my left and -2.50 in my right eye, plus I have astigmatism and we chose LASIK. On the day of surgery, Mr Kolli reassured me about the process and explained everything that would happen, what I had to do and what I should expect whilst I was in surgery. I never felt that I couldn't ask a question, or that I was pestering with too many! The nurses were also wonderful, they kept a calm atmosphere right before surgery and made me go through the aftercare routine about 4 times before I left. During the procedure you only have to keep your eye still for about 20 seconds, but throughout that 20 seconds Mr Kolli calmly repeated things like "keep still, keep still" and "10 more seconds", which was actually really helpful. It helped me regulate my breathing and focus, then its over! I sat up and it was like looking through a fog/being in a sauna (just as Mr Kolli had said), but you immediately have improved focus and you just know that once you've healed your eyesight will be perfect, I cried. I felt so completely comfortable with Mr Kolli and letting him do the procedure that I didnt think twice. I would recommend Mr Kolli and to anyone. All the other members of staff I interacted with were lovely as well, couldn't have had a better experience!

I had a fantastic consultation with Mr Kolli: he immediately put me at ease, I was seen promptly and all investigations were thoroughly and swiftly undertaken, and my diagnosis and management plan were explained in an extremely clear manner, so that I came away feeling as though all my questions had been answered. My eye was really quite bad and my vision it it was limited to vague images. After a quick and painless operation, I quickly regained excellent vision. Mr Kolli is an outstanding eye surgeon.
