I found Mr Malde warm and courteous with a good bedside manner. He cross checked my experience of my issue and reviewed my notes with me before performing his examination. I liked that he erred on the side of caution and referred me for further checks which is important to a man of my age. All in all very satisfied.

I had a really good experience with Dr Malde - he was very reassuring and kind in his manner, and took the time to explain things to me when I had questions. I’ve had symptoms for a long time and have been struggling a lot with them, and it’s always hard seeing a new doctor, but Dr Malde was very understanding of how much it impacts my life and really took the time to listen to me. It makes a big difference - his “bedside manner” was really lovely. I am hopeful that the treatment I’ve been advised on will help me, and look forward to seeing him again in a few weeks to update on my progress.

Great experience. Dr Malde listened, explained things very well and drew a schematic of what was potentially happening. So far, his diagnostic was spot on! I saw 2 other doctors before Dr Malde and none of them maybe the correct assessment.

The receptionist was very helpful, printing the documents that I did not manage to upload on line. I found Dr Sachin Malde very pleasant, dynamic and knowledgeable. I felt that he listened and suggested a suitable treatment which makes sense. This was a much better experience than my previous one with a private doctor who was exhausted (obviously at the end of a long working day) and seemed to be keen in prescribing as many tests as possible (money spending machine).

Very pleasant experience which gave me confidence and information
