From admission on the 4th of August, to my discharge from the London Bridge Hospital, I can only say that HCA have a truly superb facility. I was extremely comfortable in your care and I think Mr Malde and I had a certain chemistry as, he has been able to resolve a pretty unpleasant issue, which I first experienced about five years ago. As for the nursing staff,they were wonderful, extremely helpful and cheerful. As I was feeling a little sick, post operation, I was disappointed not be able to sample your excellent menu, but certainly the meals that I did have, were of a very high quality. The whole experience was somewhat similar to my staying in a Five Star London hotel for two nights. I would certainly recommend yourselves to others and might well be revisiting you, in due course, for a replacement hip. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you.

Dr Malde is a specialist urologist who comes across as very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He diagnosed my condition very quickly and provided the necessary treatment. He is very approachable, understanding and conscientious. He explains things very clearly and has a good bedside manner. I thoroughly recommend him.
