Mr. Laycock conducted a thorough consultation determining which procedure I needed. He contacted a number of times to ensure I had no questions prior to the surgery. The surgery (I was awake for) I was put at ease throughout by Mr. Laycock and his team. He is very reassuring and extremely professional. I am happy with my results & have recommended him to to some friends (even my boss has asked for his number).
