An extremely reassuring manner during consultations and pre operation was a huge help to me.

I’ve suffered with not being able to straighten my arm for over 4 years with pain when attempting. He listened, explained and went through in detail the whole process of what he could do. The day of the operation he put me fully at ease and checked how I was after. Within 6-8 weeks after the operation I can now straighten it. Just wish I had gone to see Mr Ray 4 years earlier with the issue!
