Very friendly, authoritive and thorough

My experience of Mr Lunawat was extreamly positive and I am confident I am in good hands. If anything it is my slight hard of hearing that let’s me down as Mr Lunawat speaks very quickly. It’s therefore very useful to have my wife with me to clarify anything I didn’t hear properly.

Mr Lanuwat was very friendly and good at putting me at my ease. He clearly described the situation based on my results to date and how the process would work going forward and was very honest about the situation.

Mr Lunawat is good in explaining things. I would recommend him as a Consultant urologist.

Efficient, informative, friendly, and reassuring

Not a good experience for my daughter Eloise at all who has been suffering and still is. Blood was not even taken or blood tests run. Mr Lunawat told her that there was nothing wrong with her and that she must have overstretched her bladder herself! There is clearly something wrong as the next day after the last appointment with Mr Lunawat my daughter was rushed into A&E again and given antibiotics. Absolutely dreadful service and would never recommend. Still waiting for the referral. Will be providing this feedback to AXA.

I found Mr Lunawat extremely likeable and down to earth. He explained everything in simple terms and esured that I understood his approach and what he was doing. He was very diligent with his examinations and gentle. He explained the next steps and explained the diagnosis and treatments required.

A really professional, reassuring and “painless” experience. Dr Lunawat was clear in his diagnosis and recommendations and, in addition, a thoroughly nice person to deal with. He also made the process around a potentially “embarrassing” examination completely easy.
