I would like to thank Dr. Govilkar and Jackie for making me feel relaxed and making the process clear and not so scary. Having any kind of surgery is worrying but with knowledge about what will happen and kind people doing it I was very pleased.

Mr Govilkar took time to fully explain the procedure before stating and during the operation, which was really appreciated. Very professional approach at all times and clearly a perfectionist in his work.

Everything was explained clearly and ensured I had realistic expectations of the outcomes and any possible side effects. The outcome has exceeded my expectations so far - the incision is in the best place possible and I already feel more confident and less pressure in my eyebrow with the growth removed. I’m in no pain from the procedure itself. A separate condition arose in parallel with the surgery and Mr G ensured I was thoroughly checked as early as possible and received appropriate care to alleviate the pain. My partner and I were impressed with the care I received.
