Very informative helping me to understand the importance of moving my neck regularly both when awake and asleep. Advised me to use either a feather pillow or thin pillow which has worked! I was using a curved orthopaedic pillow which helped when I first started using it but after a couple of months was waking with achy neck and jaw pain and as soon as I moved to a thin pillow I slept much better and the pain disappeared.

Can't thank Mr Sian enough. Throughout my treatment, from initial consultant, through surgery to post surgery reviews, he has demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, skill and compassion.

From the start of treatment to being discharged Mr Sian and his team explained everything in an understandable way, MRI scans were organised and happened quickly as were X-Rays. The outpatients dept is well run and appointments are generally on time.

Mr Sian went out of his way to accommodate my daughter who has learning disabilities, and spoke to her, showed her her scan and explained it to us both (parent)
