Mr Patel was very attentive and took time to listen to my symptoms and discussed them thoroughly with me . He responded with real consideration of what I said and did his best to investigate the causes.

Mr Patel diagnosed my son’s glue ear within seconds and reassured my husband and I about the course of action which needed to be undertaken to resolve it.

It was a pleasure to be have been looked after by Mr Patel. We particularly appreciated the explanations given and also the follow up of his assistant who answered questions we had following the appointment.

After waiting on the NHS for nearly a year we decided to see Mr Parag Patel at the New Victoria Hospital for our son’s hearing issues. Mr Patel performed surgery to insert grommets to tread his glue ears. Throughout this whole process Mr Patel has been very professional, patient and explained everything clearly to us. When we emailed him with a couple of questions he replied promptly. The surgery has made a big difference to our son’s communication and speech. He is making progress each day. We are extremely happy with the care we received from Mr Patel and would not hesitate to recommend him.
