As before excellent service and care

Mr Patel was sympathetic and empathetic to my son’s symptoms and made me feel listened to. He had all the time to speak with us and did not rush us at all.

My son had surgery at the New Victoria with Mr Patel and the entire experience was brilliant. I would definately recommend.

Mr Patel examined me and reassured me that my condition was not in fact related to the ear but more to the cervical spine. He was extremely thorough and patient with me.

Dr Patel is a very friendly and engaging Dr who takes his time to understand the needs of his patient. He has been extremely patient and kind with our two year old and we have been very happy with the service provided by both himself and his wider team.

My daugther has had earaches, blocked nose for a long time before we have seen Dr Patel. When we met him, he was very professional and caring and listened to us and my daughter. He recommened removal of adenoids and operated on my daughter about a month ago. After the operation my daughter is able to breathe through her nose, doesn't snore and earaches are gone. I coud not recommend Mr Patel more. He made a huge difference to my daughter's life.

Our son came in for a tonsillectomy. Mr Patel explained the operation well and came in to check on him several times after the operation. We were very pleased with the treatment and our son recovered quickly and not with too much pain.
