A charming and excellent surgeon

Dr Berber, whilst polite and friendly he’s not clear on his recommendations as a doctor and expects me as a patient to lead the discussion and nudge him for clear treatment guidance. He was also not prepared for my follow up appointment mixing me up with another patient and having to re-read my case. He also said I was lucky to have not been delayed today as there were a lot of mix ups during the day. I’m still waiting on a treatment referral and at the time of writing it’s been almost 3 weeks and no word from them and I have called and emails to no avail.

Dr. Berber is one of the best doctor's I've seen (and I've seen a lot of doctors)! Nilla from his team literally held my hand through a painful procedure, and Barbara who scheduled the appointment was very flexible and friendly. 10/10!

My consultant spent considerable time explaining what he thought was the cause of my pain, as well as the corrective surgery needed. He was understanding as to how debilitating my pain had become.

Overall good. There was a slight confusion as to whether the procedure related to my wrist or the palm of my hand but this was resolved quite quickly.
