Mr Kara was very friendly and put me at my ease. He asked lots of questions and he explained what he was going to do and what he thought the problem was in detail and in a way anyone could understand.

Even before entering the room, Mr. Kara was welcoming to me and my child by bringing some laughter in the corridor, to such a scary situation for a child to be in. On entering, Mr. Kara talked to my child directly and never assumed that he couldn't answer any of the questions. He very much allowed my child to lead and it made my son (3) to feel at ease with the whole situation, n which resulted in easy compliance from him! Mr. Kara listened to my worries and I felt everything I said was valued as a parent. Mr. Kara went into further detail and answered every one of my concerns with an answer and explanation. Mr. Kara made sure everything was clear and I couldn't of asked for a better consultation. Took alot of worries away!
