After 4 years of dwelling and doing extensive research about breast augmentation, I went for my consultation with Mo with a lot of questions and concerns. He explained the risks in full detail and after listening to my needs and what I was hoping to achieve, he helped me decide on the best suited path for me. I can say with great confidence that finding Mo as my surgeon has been what eventually gave me the confidence to go through with this procedure. This is my first experience with cosmetic surgery so I am very pleased to say I had a great experience with Mo, hes very friendly and always has a huge smile on his face. I had many questions regarding the surgery and Mo kept the answers to the point being honest and open about what results I can expect for my size giving me a range of sizes to chose from so that I could go away and make the final decision with no pressure. My desired outcomes for surgery were not easy to achieve but Mo definitely worked his magic. I am just currently 7 weeks healed but the results are already incredible! Needing to have my PIP implants replaced (from a previous surgery by another surgeon) you can imagine I was very nervous, a little apprehensive and understandably I think I lost trust in the system. I don't even know where to begin... With an extensive medical history and experience of medical professionals I anticipated Mr Akhavani to be the 'normal', clock-watching pompous consultant I've dealt with over the years. How wrong could I have been?! I've never felt so comfortable and genuinely listened to. From my initial consultation I was met with the biggest smile and caring attitude - I knew instantly I didn't want anyone else to perform my surgery! At no point did I ever feel like I was a customer to reach sales targets like with so many other companies. All focus was on me, my needs and expectations and how we could reach them. Dr Akhavani and staff were friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable when I was very nervous. He was very calming and informative. At my initial visit Dr. Akhavani was very observant of my breast size and shape. His professional insite as to what I needed done to my breasts was amazing. The final results of my breast augmentation are absolutely amazing! They look very natural and with a very small scar. AND the recovery time and pain was short lived. Overall amazing experience.
