Mr Sinisi is an artist, not just a technician. My complaint was a previous surgery by another surgeon that had gone wrong and left me partially crippled and in permanent pain. Without needing the MRI Mr Sinisi knew exactly what the problem was and gave me great confidence that he could fix it. In view of the catastrophic consequences of the previous surgery, confidence in his ability was key. He did exactly what he said he’d do. His technique was excellent. The pain I went in with was gone and I had NO pain whatever from the surgery itself. I did not require even paracetamol post operatively and was using my hand almost normally the same day. His suturing was elegant and it is already obvious that the scarring is minimal and will most likely disappear altogether. The dexterity in my thumb has already begun improving and I am confident that the deterioration in my hand has been stopped and will now improve over time. Mr Sinisi is an artist, and has given me hope that I will once again be able to play guitar (something I have done for 50 years until the previous operation). He also has a great sense of humour which, for me, helped quite a bit.
