An excellent, safe and reassuring experience from start to finish - and affordable. Mr Wearne has an excellent approach, professional and likeable but not obsequious. His unit at Eastbourne DGH is second to none in terms of patient experience and the obvious quiet competence of the staff. Aftercare was good and the final result excellent. Mr Wearne put a toric lens in my right eye and a multi focal lens in my left eye and the result is really amazing. I can now see well at distance and also read without having to use glasses. Mr Wearne was very reassuring and happy to answer any questions and therefore put me at ease before, during and after both procedures. He also phoned the day after the operations, one being a Sunday, to check all was ok
