Dr Oliver was very pleasant and helpful and I am pleased he doing my hip replacement I have confidence in him.

I first met Mr Oliver early December 23 for consultation. Roads closed around the hospital so was late due to diversions and Christmas fayre in Cranbrook rang the hospital to be told he would wait for me . I arrived about 20 later and seen by Mr Oliver within 5 minutes I was X-rayed and shown my results immediately, a plan for my tkr was arranged , and operation carried out early Feb . A true gentlemen who explained everything in a language I could understand . Lovely bedside manner and a true professional.

This was my first personal experience with a consultant, and I needed clarification as to if and how my diagnosis would proceed- was very reassuring and clear and I came away confident that as well when I have the procedure is the best thing to bring back my quality of life

Mr Oliver was very approachable and engaging. I was nervous but he put me at ease and explained the situation regarding the condition of my knees and he explained how the process of knee replacement could or would be carried out.

Very reassuring experience - extremely professional, pleasant manner, clear explanation, demonstrated that he had reviewed/read up my notes before I arrived, seemed happy to listen/answer questions. He was also proactively involving the student nurse who was present in an observation capacity. Came away feeling very positive about my future hip health!
