I had a great experience with Dr James from the beginning. From my first consultation he really took the time to understand my unique situation (as I keloid) he was reassuring and didn’t pressure me into doing anything and asked me to take the time to figure out if I wanted to proceed with the surgery. Once I took the time to decide and proceed, every appointment was very thorough and I received a letter post call to explain what we had discussed. On the day of the surgery he came and spoke to me and explained how the procedure would go, post up he’s been taking the time to see me and make sure my wounds are healing as well as possible (the keloids) and gave me his number and asked me to contact him with any concerns I have - this was really important to me as it is a bit of a daunting situation to experience so to know you have access to the surgeon is really helpful. I’m also extremely pleased with my results so far! The wounds are so tidy, my breasts look great and stitched really well, I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon.
