I went to see Mr Ferguson as I had a deviated septum. He had a look and explained to me in great detail what he could see and my treatment option. I decided to take the surgical route and I am now 2 weeks post operation, recovering well and I can already breathe better.

I underwent a closed corrective septorhinoplasty with Mr Ferguson in October 2022 to rectify nasal trauma from a cycling collision. It gives me great pleasure to write a review for Mr Ferguson. My experience with him was oustanding in every respect, which was reflected in the end result. From the kind and efficient service from his secretary (Marzena), and the quality in my consultations and follow-ups in Harley Street, to my experience and care at the London Clinic, I really felt that I was in the best possible hands for my procedure. I really appreciated Mr Ferguon's kind nature and genuenily caring nature and apprach; as I always felt really listened to and could have all my questions and concerns addressed in full. Six months post-op: not only have my functional concerns of obstruced breathing completely resolved, but aesthetically, I also feel my nose looks even better than it did before. In hindsight, it was a real added bonus that Mr Ferguson also specialises in cosmetic surgery, even though this wasn't an initial concern for me. His expertise meant he had an obvious care for detail in his work (including being skilled in the closed approach, which no previous consultant could offer), having taken the time to discuss with me in detail my cosmetic preferences for the final outcome. All of this helped ensure the perfect end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ferguson for anyone requiring a similar procedure.

Mr Ferguson successfully completed a complicated revision Septorhinoplasty procedure on me in November 2022. I am currently five weeks post-op and am already delighted with the results from both an aesthetic and functional perspective. After over 20 years of various issues I can finally breathe fully through my nose and it also looks better than ever. By way of background on my situation; following years of playing various sports (basketball, football and martial arts) I had broken my nose twice (2002 and 2017) and had two rhinoplasty's performed in 2010 and 2017 by plastic surgeons. The result was that despite these two surgeries my septum was deviated, my nose not properly supported and I had a very limited nasal airway. I met with Mr Ferguson in January 2022 and his approach was calm, thoughtful and practical. Since there was some swelling in my nose he arranged for skin-prick allergy testing to determine if this would resolve the issue. We then met again in March/April timeframe and discussed the surgical options, he explained clearly and empathetically what approach he could take and what the risk and trade-offs involved were for a revision surgery of this kind. We agreed that I would provisionally book the surgery in for November and that I would confirm the date by the end of August. We met again in September to finalise the details of operation, Mr Ferguson was extremely thorough and showed me the pictures he had taken previously and discussed the approach he would take and the likely outcome he could achieve. He explained to me that his surgical approach was focused on ensuring that the structure of the entire nose was robust and done in a way to ensure it's long term functionality. The surgery itself at the London Clinic was a good experience, the entire team were welcoming and very accommodating and the level of care I experience when staying overnight was first-rate. During the surgery Mr Ferguson found an unexpected perforation in my Septum, which due to his expertise and background he was able to repair during the same surgery. Mr Ferguson's private secretary has also been fantastic throughout. Letters detailing the consultations and procedure were delivered efficiently and within a week, and where possible there was a level of flexibility was provided to ensure that I could work the appointments and procedure itself around busy work and family commitments. Overall I would strongly recommend Mr Ferguson for primary and revision Septorhinoplasty, as demonstrated above with the combination of his approach and world-class expertise he is able to deliver great results even in the most complicated and difficult revision scenarios, and he and his team do so with a remarkable level of empathy and focus on long term patient care and wellbeing.

Mr Ferguson saw me at his ENT clinic, at Charing Cross recently. I was very impressed with the care and attention to the problem I was having. I felt that it was dealt with in a very professional manner. I had both sides of my ears blocked, Microsuction was used to remove the wax, the procedure was quick and painless. The additional review of my nose, led to further tests which resulted in me finding out I had some allergies - which I would never have known if Mr. Ferguson had not carried out these very useful follow up diagnostic tests. I was also sent for audiology testing, which put any fears of hearing loss to rest. I felt that the experience was very good, and I would recommend him to others.
