Liam was really helpful in diagnosing the issue with my ankle. His explanation was easy to understand and recommending the fracture boot was excellent as this certainly helped reduce my recovery time. I also like the fact that Liam promotes active recovery, which for someone that is active, is music to my ears. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam in the future.

I can walk again without pain for the first time in over 3 years. No amount of massage and exercise made any difference to my Achilles tendon injury.

I was very nervous about having an Ostenil injection but Liam made the whole experience very easy and ultimately made my working life easier, 100% will be back if I need any more injections.

Things have been going really well thank you. Competition was a great experience and managed to pull an 8.5tonne truck with no Achilles issues- I’d put that down as a pretty good test! I didn’t place but was definitely in the right ballpark with times/reps, so with only 5 weeks training, I’m very pleased: even more so with how the Achilles responded.

I saw Liam unable to walk 2 weeks before I ventured to Everest Base Camp. An injury I hadve never had before, it caused me to have a major panic as to whether the holiday would be possible. With a very detailed diagnosis and same day treatment, along with some suggested lifestyle changes, I was walking and running within 10 days completely pain free again. Thanks to his expertise I actually walk and run better than before due to the diagnosis of a restrictive element in the foot I never knew I had!
