The treatment was exactly as I expected it to be. The surgeon explained what was to happen & was very kind. The staff were very kind & caring. I was well looked after before & after surgery.

Mr Kyi Toe was very reassuring & made me feel at ease during my consultation.

I had to have a Gallbladder removal and was referred to Mr Kyi Toe at the Saxon Clinic, Milton Keynes. Following some tests, everything was explained very well at my consultations and a date for the procedure set for about 3 weeks time. I was a day patient on a Saturday and was admitted 07.30. I was visited by Mr Toe on the morning and put at ease, important as this was my first ever surgery. The procedure went very well and i was surprised that i required no dressings. All wounds were stitched and glued and I was allowed home later that afternoon. I had a follow up call from Mr Toe to check all was well a couple of days later. My recovery was swift due to Mr Toe's care and expert surgery. Without exception, all the team at Saxon Clinic were excellent.

Excellent experience from the first consultation to the procedure. All matters fully explained in a very understandable way. All the associated staff of nurses and theatre staff were brilliant. It turned a concerning event into a relatively small concern

Mr Toe has been professional throughout my course of treatment/s giving a clear and concise explanation. He has shown great care and consideration in dealing with my diagnosis and proceedures,giving me a real sense of person centred care,reassurance and aftercare.
