Mr Flynn explained the TKR procedure in a clear and concise manner. He was kind and sympathetic and actively listened when I explained the history of my knee problems. He saw me before the operation and was extremely encouraging and reassuring, and visited me afterwards to explain what had been done and what had been found. (PVNS). At the follow up appointment he, once again, explained what was going on within the knee and reassured me that all was well. The whole experience was a lot better than I was expecting. This was mainly due to the attitude of Mr Flynn in reassuring and explaining what was happening. Thank you Mr Flynn.

Although I have outside contact albeit infrequently with Mr Flynn, I have nothing but praise for Mr Flynn's approach in all aspects of this engagement, and i believe this is not just because we are acquainted. He put me fully at ease in each stage of the procedure.
