Professional guy give me all the information I required

Mr Oates was very friendly putting me at ease each time we have met be it personally, virtually or via email. He talked me through the procedure and after came and chatted and checked on me with a friendly manner. Subsequent days he checked (obviously) however would talk me through what would be happening with my body and what I should be doing to assist recovery and get back to life. Post op 6 weeks I was back out working in Bahrain so we were virtual and again he was happy to chat, explain, no looking at his watch etc and now 3 months on he has reviewed my results via email continuing to encourage, answer my queries and adding little extra 'chats' that are encouraging during my recovery and these covid times for all.

I have seen Mr Oates before and that's why I chose to see him for my consultation. He is very knowledgeable and communicates well.
