What a great Surgeon! My elderly father got his cataract fixed by Mr Kwartz which has given him a new lease of life! We’re really pleased with this operation as the other eye, done with older tech and non-private surgeon didn’t go so well. We are paying customers entitled to NHS treatment but at what cost in terms of risk and wait?
