Mr.Patko talked to my mother in plain English that she could understand and took enough time to be sure she understood what her options were. He was pleasant and understanding throughout.

No issues. Told me what he wanted to do, and told me what he would have do if my knee was worse than expected. Was very honest and straight which is what I wanted.
