After an 8 month delay to my operation ,due to Covid19, I was so lucky to finally be offered my operation by Mr Wong. He was so professional, explaining the details of what would happen before and after my operation. It was only after the procedure that he further explained the features of the complex operation he performed. I felt totally at ease at all times knowing that I could have complete confidence in Mr James Wong.

From initial consultation through to post-operative follow-up, Mr. Wong explained what was wrong with my hip and what a hip replacement involved, and answered all my questions in a kind and caring manner. During my hospital stay he regularly checked on my progress and was encouraging and reassuring throughout.

He was very professional and gave me a detailed explanation. He answered all my questions comprehensively.

I could not have asked for a better surgeon- not only is he brilliant( my surgery was complex), but he is also a wonderfully personable, compassionate man who puts you at ease and spends the time to explain everything well.
