At the initial consultation in January 2021, at the Nuffield Hospital in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, I was immediately and totally confident in all Mr Jae Rhee's diagnoses of my shoulder's condition, and his proposals for its treatment. There would be some delay in planning surgery, partly owing to imposed Government restrictions in response to the Covid measures, and partly due to the timing of my second vaccination. Mr Rhee carried out the necessary surgery on April 27, 2021. After a period of recovery, Mr Rhee was satisfied that I would be fit for discharge later that same day. It was agreed that the ensuing physiotherapy could be carried out by a respected practitioner close to my home, rather than undertaking the potentially long journey back to the Nuffield. Mrs Sue Pearson and Mr Rhee collaborated on my physio treatment which was effective in returning the maximum amount of mobility possible to my shoulder. I should like to express my most sincere appreciation of the care and high quality of the professionalism shown by Mr Rhee. My quality of life has been enormously enhanced by his skill and care.
