I cannot rate my experience with Mr Lancer enough. He has been nothing professional throughout my whole experience putting me as ease in his hands. As a result I now have life changing hearing all at his expertise and would not use any other surgeon. Thanks again for everything!

I Contacted Mr Lancer via email and received a phone call from his secretary the same day with an offer of an appointment . Mr Lancer has a very friendly manner and he took the time to listen to my symptoms and asked lots of questions. He explained next steps and recommendations to me very clearly. Each step in the process i.e. appointment/test etc were carried out efficiently and I was kept informed. I would have no hesitation in contacting his office again should the need arise.
