Mr Birdi is warm, compassionate and caring. He took the time to discuss with me at length my condition and what it meant to me. He listened to me and my lifestyle and how I hoped to live my life after the procedure to make sure I had the best possible outcome for myself. He always gave me time to fully digest all information before making a decision and I never felt under any pressure. He introduced me to his team and from the very beginning I believed I was in very safe hands which was so important to myself and my family. He was there for me every step of the way and I am confident that the after care now and always will be excellent. I am truly grateful to him for helping me throughout this period in my life and indeed extend my life!

Mr Birdi is one of a kind and a real hero! I have never met a surgeon like him, so caring, kind and he really treats you like you are his only patient. Being quite young, this whole experience can be quite scary but Mr Birdi did every he could to help me understand all of my options and really feel confident about the procedure.

I looked for the best surgeon and found him . The only criticism is after the op Inter was hard to get hold of but the PA will help that flaw.

Overall, I was very happy. Unfortunately, I felt a little bit let down with communication. I was having to do the chasing up for appointments etc. When really I think I should of had contact direct to me from the clinic.

Mr Birdi, was extremely pleasant in his manor, he presented himself in a very professional and knowable way. I felt comfortable and reassured by the way he explained the procedure. The operation preceded just as planned with an excellent outcome.
