I was introduced to Ian through my daughter who works at the Sloane Street Surgery. I had a very thorough examination from Ian's team, and then subsequently met with him. I found Ian very reassuring and clear in his communication as to the benefits and risks of the procedure. My operation was originally booked for an earlier date, but Ian rang me to explain why he didn't feel it was appropriate for Covid reasons that he keep the booking. It was then rearranged and Ian came to see me on the morning of my operation in my room to explain again the procedure and to mark me up. The procedure went extremely smoothly, and Ian came to see me twice during my recovery period before I was released the same day. I recommend Ian highly, for his professionalism, for his surgical excellence and his bedside manner. I would also like to pay tribute to his long standing support team, who have always been there to help at all times.

It has taken me years to sort out my varicose veins but having met Mr Franklin and his support staff, I wish I had done it sooner. Every part of this process from making an appointment to the procedure has put me at ease. The results so far look better than I expected and I have complete trust in Mr Franklin and his experience.
