My sincere gratitude to you for operating on my knee and for being so caring, and thanks also to your team for taking good care of me. With kind regards

The consultation with Mr Abdul-Jabar was excellent. He provided clear and concise advice and guidance. His personal communication has been personal and prompt. I have only deducted a star because of the protracted process experienced in actually getting the appointment with him after being referred from Homerton Hospital. However, the service provided by Carrie Nathaniel, executive administrative assistant, in getting the appointment made, once she knew of the problem, was exemplary.

My dad had a knee replacement on 9 August 2018 his treatment was excellent from the day of his operation until the day he was discharged, my dad had a bleed after surgery the care he received from his surgeon Mr Hani Abdul-Jabar was above and beyond the call of duty he came everyday to check and change his dressings and keeping us informed I would highly recommend him he is an outstanding Surgeon and forever grateful for giving my dad his new knee which will make such a difference to his life moving

Initially, my experience was not good and was losing confidence in the service and this experience was negatively compounded with the poor engagement with the registrar prior to meeting Mr Abdul-Jabar. However, this was completely overturned after Mr. Abdul-Jabar took over my case. He engaged with me well and empathetically. I felt he treated me as an actual person rather than just another case file. He went the extra mile for me and even worked on Christmas Day to undertake the surgery on Christmas morning. I am ever so thankful for Mr. Abdul-Jabar and wish him all the best.

The doctor was very good was good at explaining what was wrong with my knee and what I should do going forward. If it was possible would I be able to get a copy of the mri to show to my physio that I am going to see to know what he will able to do with me going forward with my knee

I recently had a hip replacement at CMH. The staff at the Orthopaedic and Rheumatology department are exceptional. They are helpful, efficient and great communication. Along with an amazing surgeon Mr Abdul Jabar. I stayed in the Abbey Suite for two nights and nursing staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms are cleaned daily and the food is more than palatable. I was outsourced from Charring Cross Hospital (Imperial College Health Care to North London Health Care) to CMH. Due to the Hospital not having an A&E department there is an air of calm and when a date is set for your operation you are 99% guaranteed there will be no delays are cancelations. I cannot fault the dedicated team at CMH *****5 STAR SERVICE*****
