In the past had some major and some minor operations, some lacked some explanation, and I was brought up never to question people. When I first met Mr Biring i was immediately impressed with his friendly manner, he explained the process, and how the operation would be carried out. When booked in and escorted to my room I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere, and unlike previous times I felt I was the only patient there, obviously not so. Shortly after settling in Mr Biring came to discuss the operation, which was fully explained. I also had a visit from the Dr who was to be my anaesthetist, I have sadly forgotten his name, but once again everything was explained. Following the operation, both anaesthetist and Mr Biring visited and said they were pleased with the result, as am I. On the day of my discharge I was again visited by Mr Biring and advised he would see me again in six weeks times. I saw Mr Biring again on 5 March and he was pleased with my progress. Overall I was well treated, and everything was explained and how long the whole process would take. Thank all the staff involved, nothing was too much of a problem.

Cannot emphasis enough the wonderful treatment I received, Was treated with kindness and respect, Am even considering going back for more!! this will endorse my feelings. The only regret I have was not doing it sooner. Thank you Mr Biring and Team

Explained everything beforehand

Mr Biring I consider you as a most valuable friend your operation on my knee in Feb '19 was a huge success. However it all collapsed when Sepsis intervened in July/August last. I think it originated from my teeth. I was much impressed when you very kindly visited me in Wexham Park hospital. Your support and that of many others has helped me to the recovery stage at which I am now. My knee is still rather swollen but it is 'moving in the right direction'! I felt my whole experience was commendable from start to finish. Mr Biring’s care of his patients was excellent and he explained everything clearly and in a caring manner.

Mr Biring explained the operation to me in clear lay-man's terms. He answered my questions truthfully not guaranteeing anything other than I would sit in front of him in 6 months and be pain free and thank him! He was so right. Life changing!

Mr Singh was very personable and professional. He took time to explain exactly what was involved in the procedure, the risks and benefits and gave clear recommendations, making sure I fully understood my options.
