He was able to achieve remarkable symmetry, a youthful appearance, and most importantly, a perfect re-sizing of my breasts that has alleviated years of back discomfort. I had a really wonderful experience with Dr. Orfaniotis. Based on his excellent reviews, previous patients' results, and really helpful medical secretary, Lian, I actually booked my surgery date before my first consultation as I was on a tight schedule and, trusting my gut, didn't want to miss the opportunity. At my first consultation, Dr. Orfaniotis confirmed my instincts and was not only incredibly kind and professional but understood exactly what I wanted, took into consideration my concerns, and made me feel both comfortable and excited about the process. We agreed to a final size a few weeks later over the phone, where Dr. Orfaniotis happily calmed my nerves again. The day of the procedure went smoothly and the clinic staff were excellent. Lian kindly checked up on me the following day and was always very responsive to any questions I had. To summarise my overall experience, I focused more on how exciting it all was and on counting down the days till I would get the 'finished product' rather than worrying about undergoing surgery and this speaks greatly to Dr. Orfaniotis and his team's talents. I had always been conscious of my long philtrum and thin, inward upper lip. I did not want to do lip fillers because I knew with my lip shape the results wouldn't be great. Eventually I opted for an upper lip lift and went ahead with it 6 weeks ago with Dr.Orfaniotis. My upper lip now looks in harmony with my lower one and the shorter philtrum has created a more balanced look in my face. I have always been self-conscious of my thin upper lip. Having tried lip filler and been unhappy with the results I became interested in the lip lift procedure and the more natural results it can yield.
