Mr Dhanasekar explained everything clearly and I felt I was in safe hands

I had an ear operation and Dr dhanasekar certainly knows what he is doing, he explains the operation in detail of what would happen and he tells you what risks are involved, The operation itself went smoothly, and after the op I hardly felt any pain, the aftercare was good as well he did a check up and asked how I was and if I had any problems

In December 2020 I experienced sudden severe hearing loss in one ear which affected my daily life as every day sounds disappeared and normal conversation was difficult. No cause was found on examination, and no explanation could be given for this happening. A non-urgent referral meant I could wait a very long time to find out if the hearing loss was permanent. Fortunately I was able to see Mr Dhanasekar just before New Year. He was calm, approachable, very professional, and quickly identified and corrected the problem, explaining clearly what he had found and what treatment was required. My previous level of hearing was restored and I was, and still am, very grateful for having been able to access his specialised expertise.

I was referred to Mr Dhanasekar for acid reflux which required a nasoendoscopy. Mr Dhanasekar was very informative about the procedure and put me at ease. He clearly explains what the issues are and how best to deal with them. Highly recommended

His understanding and empathy towards the underlying affect the condition has on my mental well being as well as the physical impact has been first class and the end result of the surgery is better than I could have ever expected.
