Mr Griffiths provided a clear overview of the procedure he was to carry out and provided regular reassurance during the procedure itself. He spoke to me after the gastroscopy and is promptly arranging a follow-up clinical appointment to discuss findings.

Due to Covid restrictions etc I have had 2 telephone consultations in the last month although face to face were available & each time his advice & careful consideration of my symptoms were noted & as a precaution he arranged for a barium swallow & ct chest scan. (These were done at the BMI Priory Birmingham & strict covid instructions were in place so I felt safe & in good hands)
