The procedure was well explained and included visual aids. One thing I would have liked was to have had more knowledge of how I would feel after the surgery terms of the fatigue and pain etc. Extremely thank for Mr Griffith’s he really improved my quality of life and I feel like a “normal” person again.

Mr Griffiths was great, he explained everything clearly and I felt really well looked after throughout.

An appointment was made with Ewen Griffiths within a matter of days. This was followed up with a face to face consultation with Mr Griffiths who detailed available tests open to me which were quickly booked. A series of tests were undertaken to check for acid reflux and the results of the test came back very quickly followed by a telephone consultation with Ewen Griffiths where it was decided that no further tests were necessary and that just minor lifestyle changes would resolve my issues. All in all, a very competent service by Ewen Griffiths and his team. If I did have any criticism it would be with (BMI) The Priory and Edgbaston hospitals who mixed up appointment times and even had me going to the wrong hospitals for each of the medical tests. These two hospitals do seriously need to review there administration procedures as my wife encountered similar problems when she visited these hospitals too. In the end she went to the Spire South Bank hospital in Worcester as she lost confidence in the BMI hospitals in Edgbaston and The Priory.

Mr Griffiths was keen to help me get out of pain quickly, and did an excellent job on my operation. My scars are minimal and most importantly, I am pain free!! Thank you
