I underwent lens replacement surgery with Mr Lee after receiving a diagnosis of early-stage cataracts in both eyes. I was impressed with Mr Lee from the outset. In the initial consultation he clearly explained the benefits and risks of the procedure. Cataract surgery is not without risks and Mr Lee's professional approach ensured I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed. This balanced approach gave me confidence that he had my best interests at heart. After deciding to proceed, I went ahead with the surgical procedures for both eyes, with a fortnight gap between each operation. Due to some travel plans there was a challenge with securing the second hospital appointment, but Mr Lee's excellent secretary Selina did a great job in managing the situation and managed to secure the slot I needed. Both operations went well and I have nothing but praise for the professional approach adopted by Mr Lee and the surgical team. I am now recovering well from the surgery and have the welcome benefit of probably never having to wear glasses again. The new lenses that Mr Lee recommended have delivered exactly what they promised and I am in awe of this technology. If you are considering lens replacement surgery it is vitally important that you find an experienced consultant who is motivated to secure the best outcome for you, rather than pushing you down a route that is commercially advantageous to them. Your vision is precious and from my experience Mr Lee is a medical practitioner you can trust. Overall I would highly recommend Mr Lee - for his skill, professionalism and excellent communication.
