I was happy with the consultation but was very surprised that a letter following the consultation was sent to the wrong surgery. My surgery is Alma Road Romsey and not Alma Road Southampton. I telephoned twice on Monday 8th November but had to leave a voice mail. No one phoned me back so I rang again on Tuesday. I was told a letter would be sent to the correct surgery.

I found Mr Chedgy very polite, patiant & very informative with a good manner to explain medical issues etc

I felt the consultant had a very pragmatic approach to my presenting issue. He provided an action plan and a way forward.

The first time I have met Mr Chedgy and throughout the consultation the overall experience was extremely positive. Mr Chedgy was both pleasant and professional and put me at ease despite the difficult subjects discussed. I will be seeing him again due to ongoing diagnostic explorations and will do so with every confidence.
