My 4 year had an awful experience with an ENT specialist last year. Mr Brewis was very child focused throughout, he was calm, attentive, friendly, caring and very gentle with my son. He was very understanding and patient with him during his consultation and examination and shown true concern for my child. He worked with my child, used a gentle voice, reassured him and communicated how well he was doing. Mr Brewis was super professional and knowledgable, he really listened to my son's issues, explained everything thoroughly to me as a parent, gave us clear instructions how to safely proceed with the examinations and treatment (ear wax renoval)! Mr Brewis took his time to answer my questions and concerns and put all my worries at ease and we agreed on a plan moving forward. Both our appointments flowed very well from start to finish.
