I found it very helpful having a consultation with Mr Gooding about my painful hip. I already knew him from his having conducted my first hip operation very successfully. Talking about what to do about my second hip re surgery clarified there were good reasons, ie risk of complications, not to go ahead just yet while the hip is still not too bad. It was a relief to make a decision and I feel more motivated to really try and build my strength and do what I can to help myself.
