Mr Duff was fantastic throughout the process. From the first consultation to surgery and then the aftercare consultation. He gave me a full breakdown of the process, what to expect and made me feel comfortable throughout. During the operation (Local) he cracked jokes and had a great sense of humour with myself and his staff who made the situation feel more comfortable. During the final consultation he even checked my hand and wrist that I injured during a hike that was nothing to do with my visit. I would highly recommend Mr Duff!

I found Mr Duff to be extremely calm, reassuring, professional, and in control. He was very approachable and explained things in terms I could easily understand. I am also very pleased that it is almost impossible to see the where the scar ought to be!
