Mr Brown was incredibly thorough in his investigation following referral from a BUPA Health Assessment; he was able to see me quickly, and was able to book in appropriate follow up and procedures rapidly. He explained everything that was happening, and kept me fully informed and informed, explaining in simple terms the medical terminology. He was incredibly reassuring from the outset, and while always subject to relevant tests, gave me realistic likelihood of outcomes etc. His bedside manner where there was a need for a procedure was professional but friendly, always making sure I knew what was happening, and explaining what he was seeing - meaning there was no wait for any results. In these more difficult COVID times, there were options to have phone consultation where it made sense.
