A very reassuring manner which immediately put me at my ease, he explained the procedure for my operations very thoroughly and I felt much more relaxed than I had expected. He rang me at home after the first operation to make sure I was happy with everything which I thought was a very nice gesture. The follow-up appointments were very thorough and again I felt very reassured. I would certainly go to him again should I need any further treatment in the future.
