Professor Jarawala was very attentive in treatment for a replacement shoulder and kept me informed of the process all the way through from my diagnosis to my aftercare treatment. I am very grateful for the professional job he has conducted which has allowed me to begin to recover from my operation. From the pain I was in to the present situation gaining strength in my shoulder again in minimal to no pain is difficult to describe and will always be grateful to him

Could not fault treatment, explanation and discussion of operation or the followup given. Professor Jariwala was extremely helpful in the manner he discussed my progress.

Excellent surgeon, took time to explain my frozen shoulder, the options, the risks and set my mind at ease every step of the way. We tried the steroid injection but it was explained that as a diabetic, there was only a 50/50 chance it would work, and normally there is a 6-8 weeks assessment before decision is made for surgery, however Dr Jariwala booked in a provisional date for surgery and he was able to assess early that surgery would be required. Spent time going through exactly what he would do during keyhole surgery and manual manipulation of shoulder. Surgery went very well, recover and physio was also explained and follow up consults booked. Delighted that after 3.5 months, the pain is gone and I have 80-90% movement and have a great chance of 95% if I keep up my exercises. Dr Jariwala is straightforward, open and considerate doctor and would recommend as a surgeon (but also hope you don't need him)
