I have had 3 x visits with Mr D'Souza and I have always found him to be very professional, approachable, courteous and informative. He always makes plenty of time for any questions I may have.

I have recently undergone a Septorhinoplasty procedure with Mr D'Souza. I was very anxious in the lead up to the surgery but Me D'Souza was always willing to speak to me about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. I am very happy with the results so far! His team are also extremely helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I haven't actually met Mr D'ouza on person, but had a followup after a scan with Mr D'Souza by video link. He had a very pleasant manner, explained the results of the scan clearly and answered all my queries. It was then agreed that I should have another scan in twelve months, but if I noticed and changes or had any concerns to contact him straight away. I was very happy with my treatment.

Mr D'Souza gave me confidence with my problem when I came to see him. Even if he does not look after my treatment at the time it was really good to get all information around my health issue which I did not receive from other sources.

Since I first spoke to Mr D'Souza,he seemed to listen very carefully throughout the consultation and then make the referral.He thoroughly examined me and explained the possible reasons of my ongoing symptoms.

I found Dr D'Souza very understanding and sympathetic. He listened attentively to my symptoms, examined me thoroughly (explaining what he was doing at all times) and imparted clear advice. I would thoroughly recommend him to others.

Completely stress free experience. Mr D’Souza was incredibly friendly and put me right at ease. Made time for me to ask as many questions as I pleased. The whole experience was seamless.

Communication was poor had to continually chase up the secretary and when asked to be referred to a different specialist it took 3 weeks so I referred myself back to my GP who then referred me elsewhere.

Overall excellent experience, fully explained options open to myself, very professional.
