I went to see Doctor D'Souza because I was struggling with a cough combined with some sort of post nasal drop, which was driving me crazy and causing many sleepless nights. Doctor D'Souza was very helpful to me and put my mind at ease over the cause of my problem (allergies).He gave me advice on what to do next (allergy test) and also recommendations on who to see. So I walked out of the hospital feeling calmer than I had done and informed on what to do next. So, for me this appointment, which I needed at short notice was organised very efficiently by Dr D'Souza's secretary, Chelsea, which again was very very helpful because I had contacted a few doctors through the referral website and none of them came back to me quickly, leaving me feeling a little anxious of getting help any time soon. Chelsea was very quick to help me and get me an appointment at a time and place that suited me. Between Dr. D'Souza and Chelsea the service i received was superb.

I am profoundly deaf and have been under the care of the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear hospital, as well as the Institute for Neurology & Neurosurgery for many years. Following years of agonising negative pressure and fluctuating hearing loss Mr D'Souza performed tests which suggested Grommet insertion could be beneficial. The procedure has changed my life and I am finally able to return to work and life as a normal, happy person. My diagnosis is complex, and I have experienced many setbacks.
